You may collect the registration form from the school office during school hours from 9.00am to 2.30pm after paying the registration fee.
Fill the form in capital letters and in clear handwriting and affix a latest photo of the ward. Fill the information correctly duly signed by parent/ guardian. After filling all the information submit the form in school office during school hours from 9.00am to 2.30pm.
Those who have downloaded the registration form will have to deposit the registration fee in school office.
There will be one written entrance test of 1hour of the subjects Maths, Science & English during school hours. The date and time of entrance test will be communicated to the parents of the ward so that their ward may attend the test duly assigned date.
The result will be declared by the school office and pasted on school notice board and the parent will also be informed telephonically.
After declaration of the result the parent will have to submit the admission form along with the documents like previous report card, TC, Birth certificate and fees. Fees may be deposited in bank ( Punjab & Sind Bank, Gausganj Sarai, Faridpur )/ through RTGS / School Office.
